HR Manager

The role of HR is to enable our leadership towards realizing our shared vision. We
understand HR as the service department for resourceful humans. Currently we are
looking for a professional to drive our German studio as HR Manager.

Our HR team is on the front line of servicing and interacting with our employees. We
perform both hands-on and strategic roles in providing human resources expertise in
employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management,
organizational development, training and more. We work very closely with management
and employees on people-related issues. HR is also instrumental in initiating and driving
HR programs/initiatives within those organizations, placing considerable focus on
commitment, scaling and culture issues.

We’re looking for someone who can drive the rapid growth of Crytek, adopt quickly to
change in a complex and ambiguous environment and be coach, supporter and business
partner to our clients. This position requires strategic thinking as well as a very solid
understanding of the local labour law requirement. It also requires a high level of energy,
a self starter spirit and a relentlessly optimistic can-do-attitude. In return we offer great

Responsibilities:

- You will work as part of the global HR team to support the local needs of our
German-based Studio, advising and supporting local managers and
employees in all HR matters - you will live and enable the values for our
great place to work.

- You consolidate values of trust.

- You will build up an HRIS system, Staff and Leadership Self Management
Services and HR policies and processes in line with our vision of
“Minimum Process - Maximum Creativity and Quality”.

- You will drive our Performance Process (promotions, reviews) and all Training
initiatives for the Studio, and lead our Compensation reviews.

- You will work with our Talent Manager and our Office Team to on-board our
new employees and bring full employee life-cycle model to life.

- You will implement pan-European HR projects as required, and work closely
with the global Crytek HR team.
