Executive Producer

REALTIME WORLDS creators of the no.1 hit game CRACKDOWN, is seeking an Executive Producer to lead the team developing APB, an innovative and cutting-edge online title currently under development in our Dundee studio.

The Executive Producer will lead the project and development team towards its business and creative goals, while being primarily responsible for developing the overall project strategy, direction, and future creative vision for the APB franchise.

Responsibilities:
Manage a large development team, including directly managing senior project managers, designers, and producers.
Develop and drive the long term creative and business strategy for APB in collaboration with senior and executive management and external partners.
Own and communicate the product vision both internally to the team and stakeholders, and externally to the press and external partners.
Oversee all project management and development planning efforts.
Collaborate across RTW’s numerous functions (development, operations, marketing, publishing, and business development) and with its external partners to successfully deliver the APB online gaming experience to millions of consumers
Qualifications Required:
BSc, BA, or equivalent in a relevant subject.
Experience Required:
Previous Executive Producer or equivalent responsibility with proven success in shipping quality products.
Strong experience in the online space, preferably in the MMOG, social networking, or first-person action categories.
Experience managing projects across geographic locations.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Self-directed and detail-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to a uniquely creative environment.
Ability to function in a creative environment, and effectively inspire and lead game designers and creative developers.
Excellent organisational, problem solving and project management skills.
Ability to adapt to a variety of working cultures and processes.
Track record of delivering quality products.
