IP Developer - Luxembourg

You will be part of the Game Content Editorial team, a subdivision of Ubisoft headquarters’ International Production division, and will be overseeing the identity of some of our premier brands. As such, you will be working in close collaboration with the content creation teams in order to ensure that our brands maintain a level of coherence, in terms of values and references.

Your primary responsibilities will be the following:

Guide the long-term development of our existing brands and define the framework from which future games can be built on.
- Develop guidelines for use in the construction of our brands’ long-term foundations.
- Come up with the criteria and deliverables needed for new mandates.
- Define the manner in which our convergence opportunities correspond with our strategy of developing content across multiple media while ensuring that each version and iteration of a game is consistent and synergistic.

Ensure that our IP is properly implemented across multiple media.
- Collect and centralize, create, and disseminate reference documents relating to our brands (specification sheets, bibles, etc.).

Follow up on the implementation of our new brands, and ensure that they remain attractive.
- Centralize and evaluate new internal and external game concepts.
- Ensure that the development teams respect the characteristics of new IP during their initial stages of development.
- Provide the core team with feedback concerning creative and business aspects.


Profile:
You have ideally accumulated multiple years of experience in the domains of content creation and IP management within the realm of the video game industry, and you have a clear understanding of the constraints associated with video game production.
You are curious, and passionate about entertainment, and have an in-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry (comics, movies, media, etc.). Additionally, you have an aptitude for analysis, are able to summarize and communicate complex concepts, have good organizational skills, and implement well-thought out methodologies. A mastery of English is essential for this position.
