Senior Producer -Eye Toy

Our London Studio are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to work in the Eye Toy Team.

Responsibilities:

- The timely delivery of all titles within a single franchise developed by the group, in accordance with the quality standards set by the Game Director and timescales set by the Production Manager
- Defining and keeping track of all schedules for both internal and external teams
- Management of internal and external teams ensuring all risks are identified and mitigated against
- Promoting progress visibility within the team and upwards to the project stakeholders
- Defining, evangelising and enforcing best practice as set by the Production Manager


Skills and Experience Required

- Has an excellent understanding of the game development process and a solid knowledge of the techniques of design, art, programming, audio/video, and QA.
- Must have worked on at least three finished titles (or equivalent experience in the games industry or a related field) in a production/ project management capacity.
- Experience in managing a team of producers or project managers would be desirable
- Able to work across multiple disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Practitioner in Scrum or equivalent methodologies is beneficial
- Experience working with internal and external teams
