Senior Designer

We are looking for a Senior Designer to:

* Think differently, finding elegant solutions for design issues
* Take responsibility for your own work, and the game you are designing and able to work in an autonomous way with limited supervision
* Ensure that all design solutions are cohesive and fit within the project constraints
* Be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation of your design and ensuring consistency amongst all your documents
* Ensure that your design is suitable for the customer and fits within Relentless’ goals
* Effectively communicate with the team implementing your design
* Work with the more Junior Designers to coach and develop them and also correct any mistakes they may make in the design process
* Professionally handle change requests from Producers or Publishers, including schedule changes

The ideal candidates should have:

* A proven track record in designing successful videogames, preferably on console with at least 1 shipped title
* The ability to see problems on the horizon and suggest suitable solutions
* Package skills in Microsoft Office, Visio (or similar) and a paint/draw application such as Photoshop
* The ability to identify and analyse problems and to design effective and achievable solutions
