Gamesrecruit was established in 2001 as the World’s first Games Industry Jobsite. Over the years we have worked with and still continue to work with the likes of EA, Microsoft, Sony, Rockstar, Ubisoft, Codemasters, Atari, SEGA, Nintendo and Disney as well as hundreds of other smaller studios and publishers around the globe.

In 2008 after years of helping out studios with specific headhunting contracts Gamesrecruit became an official Recruitment Agency. Drawing on our experience we wanted to offer a full recruitment solution for Studios and Publishers. For those studios wanting to recruit for themselves we offer the jobsite were applicants apply direct. If a Studio or Publisher requires help we can go out and find specific people for specific roles. We don’t hire inexperienced people or use databases so you are guaranteed a personal, knowledgeable and effective service.

Gamesrecruit is ran by Adrian Brown who has worked in the Interactive industry for over 15 years both internally and externally holding positions such as Head of Recruitment at SEGA and Recruitment Manager for Disney, Climax Group and Monumental Games. We have extensive offline advertising in the Trade Press (Details of current campaigns can be given when requested) and also online advertising. We have over 8500 subscribers at present to our newsletter. We have a very efficient marketing team working constantly to alert and direct targeted individuals within the industry to the site. We currently attract over 30,000 individual jobseekers per month to our site and we know that at least 85% of these have industry experience. More recently we were finalists at the Develop Games Industry Excellence Awards in the Services and Innovations section.
